Damon “BWare” Vanzant is an accomplished producer, storyteller, and creative strategist whose work spans television, documentary, reality programming, and digital media. With more than 15 years of experience in production, Damon has built a reputation for developing compelling narratives, leading creative teams, and bringing authentic human experiences to the screen.
His journey in media began with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to learning every aspect of production. Before entering the television industry, Damon developed his skills through independent work and entrepreneurship, experiences that strengthened his creativity, leadership, problem-solving abilities, and ability to bring ideas from concept to execution.
Beginning his professional production career in 2009, Damon built his foundation from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience in production, camera operations, field production, and storytelling before advancing into producing and executive leadership roles.
Throughout his career, Damon has worked with major television networks and production companies, contributing to projects for OWN, BET, Bravo, A&E, and WE tv. His credits include Married to Medicine, Games People Play, Hustle and Tow, Mama June: From Not to Hot, and Fear Not.
